Cotton Khadi Fabric with Embroidery Work

Khadi is handspun and handwoven cloth, and this piece keeps the character of that process. The weave carries a faint irregularity across the surface, slightly thicker in places and finer in others, which is what separates khadi from mill-made cotton and what makes it breathe so well in heat. The embroidery is worked by hand over the base cloth in a restrained pattern that follows the run of the weave rather than sitting on top of it. Because each panel is embroidered individually, no two pieces are identical. Available in sizes S through XXL in off white. Cut and finished in small runs in Jaipur.

- Hand wash cold and separately for the first two washes. Dry in shade. Warm iron on reverse. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
